1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our services:

• Discord Account Data: When you log in via Discord OAuth, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and the list of servers you manage. We do not receive your email address or password.
• Server (Guild) Data: Server ID, server name, and server icon for servers where our bots are installed.
• Configuration Data: Settings you configure through the dashboard (channels, roles, difficulty levels, reminder times, etc.).
• Game & Activity Data: For Number Guess and Word Guess: game records, scores, leaderboard entries, and gift code usage. For Forum Assistant: thread status, tag history, and reminder logs.
• Payment Data: Subscription transactions are processed by Paddle. We store your subscription tier, plan, and expiry date. We do not store credit card or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and deliver bot features within your Discord server
• To authenticate you on the web dashboard
• To manage your subscription and unlock premium features
• To send system notifications to your configured admin channel
• To improve the reliability and performance of our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on our private server infrastructure. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted HTTPS connections for all web traffic
• Daily automated database backups with 30-day retention
• Access restricted to authorized administrators only

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Discord: OAuth authentication and bot API. Subject to Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Paddle: Payment processing and subscription management. Subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your server uses our bots. If you remove our bot from your server, your configuration data remains stored for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted. Game records and leaderboards are retained for 90 days after a user's last activity.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your server's data at any time by contacting us via our official Discord server. We will process deletion requests within 14 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via our official Discord server. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
