• Word Guess: A word and phrase guessing game bot with difficulty levels, leaderboards, and gift code rewards.
• Forum Assistant: A forum thread management bot with automatic tagging, reminders, and thread lifecycle management.

Services are available on a FREE tier and paid subscription tiers (BASIC, PRO where applicable).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service
• Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer our bots or dashboard
• Not use our services to harass, spam, or harm other users
• Ensure your server members are aware that bot activity data is collected
• Keep your dashboard login credentials secure

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Paddle's terms and authorize recurring billing. Key points:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Upgrades are applied immediately with prorated billing
• Refunds are handled at our discretion and subject to Paddle's refund policy
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the 008870.xyz services are owned exclusively by 008870.xyz. This includes, but is not limited to:

• All website content, design, layout, and source code
• All icons, logos, banners, and visual assets used on the 008870.xyz website and Discord applications — these are original works and are the exclusive property of 008870.xyz
• Bot names, branding, and user interface elements
• All written content, documentation, and marketing materials

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 008870.xyz content without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property, including our icons, banners, or branding, constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform maintenance with or without prior notice
