1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all subscription purchases are considered final once access has been granted. We generally do not issue refunds for subscription fees already paid. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will act reasonably where exceptional circumstances apply.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

We will consider a refund request if any of the following conditions are met:

• You were charged but your subscription tier was never activated or accessible
• A technical error on our end resulted in a duplicate charge
• You contact us within 48 hours of your very first purchase and have not actively used any paid features during that period
• A verifiable billing error occurred that was outside your control

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after a subscription has been activated
• Failure to cancel a subscription before an automatic renewal date
• Partial use of a subscription period — access remains valid until the period ends
• Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described prior to purchase
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
• Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the charge date (except in cases of billing error)

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged again after the period ends
• No partial refund is issued for the remaining unused days of the current period
• Bot access and paid features will revert to the FREE tier after expiry

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us through our official Discord community at discord.gg/pJk5pbS3MK and include the following information:

• Your Discord username and user ID
• The Guild (server) ID associated with the subscription
• The date and amount of the charge
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us, your account and all associated bot access may be suspended immediately pending resolution. We strongly encourage reaching out to us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly and without the need for a formal dispute.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our official Discord community. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
